Uday has about 40 years of experience spanning across industries ranging from Construction, Broadband, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Services. Uday has had extensive global experience particularly in the Middle East where he spent many years as well as successfully executed projects in Europe, North America and South-East Asia. Uday is a strategic thinker, believes in precision in execution, has a strong market intuition combined with a practical and efficient approach towards businesses and scaling them. Focus on smooth project execution results in significant value creation for the investments made in the group. Uday is a passionate believer that the success of any business lies in the level of detail that is thought through as well as strong and passionate teams of qualified people.
Abhay Chand leads Petro IT Ltd, a key business venture of the Chimes Group. Abhay has been associated with the company since its inception. After a successful 4-year stint in Corporate Sales for a Broadband Data solutions company, Abhay joined Petro IT in June 2004 to manage the business development initiatives.
Abhay has been instrumental in the expansion of Petro IT to different geographies. His expertise lies in business structuring and strategy, solution consulting and consultative selling, supported by an MBA degree from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and a diploma in Business Management from IMI, New Delhi.
Based in Houston, Texas, he leads the business from there and is supported by a team of just over 100 based in Gurgaon, India; Dubai, UAE; Jakarta, Indonesia and Dublin, Ireland.
YN, or Bobby as he is commonly referred to, was in an early batch at the prestigious Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udan Academy (IGRUA) at Fursatganj, Rae Bareilly. As a founding member of the Chimes Aviation team, Bobby has led the organisation through the project phase and the many industry challenges the business faced since its founding. Bobby is an intuitive manager with the strength to keep the business viable and an eye for opportunities in our sphere of operations; supported by a strong team of managers who have built CAA to being India’s leading Pilot School with an excellent reputation and the highest customer satisfaction.
