4. Value creation for stakeholders by IPO or otherwise
Investment funding is opportunity specific,
and our investment selection criterion is based on uniqueness,
risk/reward and value creation. Our current focus sectors
include Hospitality, Real Estate, IT, Aviation & Education
and most of them are under various stages of progress/execution.
